The Relaxation Practice
Yoga Nidra: The Relaxation Practice allows you to experience profound relaxation, which is virtually impossible to experience through traditional means of relaxation. The practice releases all physical, mental and emotional tension – something we are unable to do when acting solely through the conscious mind.
Our students absolutely love the practice! On days when they feel too tired, stressed or busy for yoga, they find a way to make it to class anyway specifically for yoga nidra.
